LARO conducted a national conference focused on legal guidelines, employer and employee rights, and proper procedures for ending contracts to ensure compliance with labour laws and promote fair labour practices.

LARO conducted a session on contemporary labour laws and the management of disciplinary matters. The training aimed to enhance understanding of current legal frameworks and equip supervisors with the skills to handle disciplinary issues fairly, consistently, and in line with best practices and statutory requirements.
